Bright-Guard  Ltd. was established to develop and manufacture a specialty electronicbright control product. The product is still under development. At present, the Company does not have any full time employees.The Company is presently operating out of the residence of one of the principals.

The two principals of the Company are:

Mr. George, President and original developer of the product.

Mr.Lal, Secretary of the Company, responsible for production.
